Ouch!
I went all weekend warrior at the gym last night (for me at least) and am paying the price this morning. I hopped on the treadmill after my CBC Live Right Now team had a presentation by a dietician. My first intention, lets do a run. So I walked for about 5 min and then upped the speed and started jogging. I increased the speed steadily until I was at 5.6 mph.
I was able to maintain this for 30 min (33 to be exact) and ran 5k (3.1 miles)
I'm pretty proud of myself, so this pain is good in that sense. Now can I motivate myself to run outside? Or more importantly, do I want to?
