At least I think it's PF. It could be heel spurs, but I'll just continue to roll and use my heel inserts. New shoes might help. Currently switching between New Balance 860 v 3 & Altra Torins. The NB are worn, but I'll need to save for the v. 6's. Bonus round- found my missing tube of Nuun so was able to hydrate with that on the treadmill!
